Monday, 10/22/12
w/ Petchuli @ Morrison Trails, 60 mins
Bittersweet day as this was our last run together. She is really sweet with people she trusts but is aggressive towards others. MaxFund is sending her to a sanctuary down south, outside Colorado Springs. We had a great morning running trails north of Red Rocks, I will miss her.

Tuesday, 10/23/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 60 mins
He was pent up after the weekend and we flew over to the park. We looped the park twice and ran back home, he didn't let off the gas too much. Good run.

Cool to get in a run with him on his birthday, 2 yrs old today. We had a fun time running east to the park, looping all around, taking 2 water breaks and pushing the pace all the way back home. He's fast.

Wednesday, 10/24/12
Solo @ Green Mtn in Boulder, 2hr25 -- 3100' vertical
Ran Bear Canyon trail up to Bear Green, hit the top of Green Mtn, then took the Ranger route down to Chat park and ran Mesa back to complete the loop. Cloudy out but no traffic on the trails.

Thursday, 10/25/12
w/ Rowdy @ Highline Trail, 50 mins
Awesome to reconnect with a former Chicago client here in Denver. Rowdy moved out here in 2011, a year before me. We took an easy pace this first run back and he did great.
w/ Flynn & Otis @ Cheesman Park, 1hr08
The boys were ready to run - 3 laps for Otis, 5 laps total for Flynn.

Friday, 10/26/12
Solo @ Mt Falcon, 1hr17 -- 1600' vertical
Beautiful run through the freshly powdered trails, took Castle all the way up to the table (33:40) went back to Walker ruins and the ran back down via Turkey Trot.
w/ Optimus @ Great Lawn Park, 62 mins
Awesome run with the Big Guy in the cooler temps. We ran east from Monaco and over to the park for loops. Our farthest run yet.

Saturday, 10/27/12
Solo @ Green Mtn / Boulder trails, 4hr31 -- 3500' vertical
Longest run in awhile - parked and S. Boulder Creek TH, ran up to Mesa, over to Bear Canyon, and hit the top of Green then ran out on Flagstaff Road. On the way back took Mesa to Towee to South Mesa TH and then ran the roads back around to truck. Nice wintery day.

Started out on tired legs from yesterday but we had fun looping the park and Flynn spying and wanting to track all the squirrels.
