First run with this high energy pup from MaxFund. We took it easy with 3 loops around the park as I wanted to get a gauge of his fitness level.

Nice smooth run with Rowdy boy. It was warmer today and he started to get tired the last 10 mins.

Great to see him today as he missed a few days last week with stomach issues. He was full of energy and we had fun looping the park.

Solid run as always with Speedy McSpeedy. We ran from his house, east to the park for loops and back home in the awesome fall weather.

Solo @ Arapaho Pass / Lake Dorothy, 2hr55
Parked at 4th of July TH and was set to run, but it turned into a fair amount of hiking with the deepish, ice crusted snow covering large parts of the trail. Made it to the Pass and then went up a little higher off trail to frozen Lake Dorothy - one of the most beautiful spots I've seen in CO.

Brought the GPS today just to see what kind of mileage he's doing. Fun morning looping the park and attempting to tree multiple squirrels along the way.

Another solid run where he kept a nice consistent pace the whole way.
w/ Optimus @ Great Lawn Park, 60 mins / 6.25 miles
Brought the GPS again to see how far Big Guy has been going. We cruised east to the park, looped around the north end and then went south to sprint through a few soccer fields.

Solo @ Wash Park + Flynn, 5hr09
Starting to prep for Across The Years 24hr so ran loops around and around the park - it was about 32 miles total. Flynn showed up the last hour to get in some laps and take my mind of the monotony.
Sunday, 11/4/12
Solo @ White Ranch Park, 1hr31 -- 1900' vertical
Dead legs starting out after yesterday, they woke up some but it was slow going on the accent up Longhorn trail to Rawhide. Ran back down to Maverick, took that across to Belcher Trail and down to finish the loop.
