First run with this new MaxFund pup (Boo Radley was adopted :). Took him to the park to test him out - actually he's a pretty good runner. We did several laps and he kept a quick pace and was staying by my side towards the end.
w/ Rowdy @ High Line Canal trail, 58 mins / 5.7 miles
He's just a cool customer, nice smooth out & back run along the canal on this sunny day.
Tuesday, 11/13/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 60 mins / 6.65 miles
Ha, G man has an extra gear on Tuesdays after taking a few days off. We cruised to Wash and did several sub 8 min miles during our laps around the park.
Solo @ Green Mt., 2hr11 ~2800' vertical
Parked at Chat park, ran Gregory - Ranger up and then Bear Canyon - Mesa down. Really nice to out on these trails with the great weather, only minimal snow/ice on the upper trails.

w/ Optimus @ Great Lawn Park, 58 mins / 6 miles
Best run yet with the Big Guy, he started out fast and then relaxed into a nice, steady trot. For him to cover that distance in less than an hour, with water and bathroom breaks, is good stuff.
w/ Maja & Payton @ Ridgeline trail, 60 mins / 5.1 miles
First run with these two very nice and enthusiastic runners, an Australian Shepherd & and Jack Russell. We ran from their house to the park and up on the trail. It was our first time so figuring out the route and finding our general running rhythm together took some extra time.

Thursday, 11/15/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 59 mins / 6.42 miles
Another great run with Griffy, it's getting colder out in the morning now so we mostly had the path to ourselves.
Solo @ Mt. Falcon, 1hr12 ~1700' vertical
Run the ascent on Castle trail, getting to the picnic table in 35:41, climbed the hill up above and then took Turkey Trot on the way down. A little tired after the morning run.
Friday, 11/16/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 60 mins / 6.25 miles
He was a little easier on the pace after just running yesterday, still a solid outing looping the park.
w/ Auggie & Flynn @ Great Lawn Park, 60 mins / 7 miles
Brought Flynn along on this run with speedy Auggie. The boys kept a strong pace and seemed to have a blast running together.
Saturday, 11/17/12
w/ Optimus & Flynn @ Great Lawn Park, 50 mins / 5.3 miles
Bonus run with the Big Guy on the weekend. Optimus was really excited to have a running buddy and he and Flynn ran nicely together. It was a bit warm out today so we cut the distance back just a little.
Solo @ Great Lawn Park, 2hr05 / 14.7 miles
Took the dogs home and then ran back to the park for extra loops, wanting to get in an even 20 for the day. Ran in FiveFingers both runs.

Solo @ Herman Lake & Loveland Pass Ski Area, 3hr12
Nice to get back out to the mountains today - ran up through Herman Gulch and tried taking the trail out to the Continental Divide but it hasn't been traveled lately, the trail was not packed and the post-holing was a pain. Made it out to Herman Lake, ran back to the truck and the went under I-70 and picked up the snow covered bike trail to Loveland Pass ski area and back.
