Picked up Boo Man from MaxFund and went to the park for some fun laps. He was nice to all the dogs we passed and kept a brisk pace.
w/ Rowdy @ Highline Trail, 56 mins / 5.8 miles
Nice smooth run with him along the paved/dirt bike trail. We ran north and explored the parks.

Another solid run with Griffy. He seemed rested from the weekend and set a strong pace, almost had me sprinting in the 2nd mile.
w/ Auggie @ Great Lawn Park 55 mins / 6.6 miles
We ran from his house and make quick time over to the park. Just southeast of there we found a dog park where he enjoyed chasing tennis balls for several minutes.

Solo @ Boulder trails, 2hr25 -- 3100' vertical
Parked off Bear Canyon road, ran up the trails and headed to Green summit, getting there in 1:06:37. Ran down Ranger & Gregory to Chat park, then back south on Mesa to finish the loop.
Thursday, 11/8/12
w/ Griff @ Wash Park, 60 mins / 6.1 miles
Easier pace with him today as we did our usual rounds of the park, still a good run overall.
w/ Flynn & Otis @ Coors Field, 35 mins
Nice quick outing with the boys right from the house. We ran the lots down to Coors and finished by exploring a few alleys on the way back.

w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 58 mins / 6.3 miles
More pep in his step this morning - solid run looping the park and cruising the neighborhood streets.
w/ Optimus @ Great Lawn Park, 55 mins / 5.6 miles
Parked by Quebec and ran east to the Park. Think the bright sun was getting to the big guy by the end, but he still ran well and initial energy was great.

Saturday, 11/10/12
Solo @ Boulder trails, 4hr25 -- 4200' vertical
Started at South Mesa TH and ran north on the trails almost to Green summit. Did an out&back to Flagstaff Rd, then back on Bear Canyon, up a bit on Bear West Ridge, back down again and picked up Mesa again to finish out. Storm was moving in with snow / sleet starting half way through the run.
