Solid run cruising over to the park and doing our standard loops.
w/ Nikko & Louie @ Sloan's Lake, 58 mins / 5.6 miles
Good outing with these two, they are curious about everything but keep moving along at a decent pace.

Cold and snowy morning but nice cruise along the river with basically no traffic.
w/ Rowdy @ Highline Canal Trail, 57 mins / 5.7 miles
Smooth run on the snowy path, he did well in the freezing weather.
w/ Maja & Payton @ Bluffs Park trails, 61 mins / 5.7 miles
Ran from the house in the 20 degree temps, winchill was bitter up on the bluffs. They had a blast in the snow.

Thursday, 12/20/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 62 mins / 6.15 miles
Icy conditions slowed things a bit but he was happy to get to the park and get in his miles.
w/ Nikko & Louie @ Berkeley Park, 60 mins / 5.5 miles
We ran a couple laps around the park and then went north of I-70 and ran through the Case golf course, which they seemed to really like.

He was all business today, good run on a sunny & cold morning.
w/ Optimus @ Great Lawn Park, 65 mins / 6.6 miles
With the cooler temps, we stretched the run a bit to get Big Man a new distance record. He kept the pace even with many quick, snow-eating pit stops for hydration. Great run for him.

Woke up feeling super sick, got started with the dogs but soon turned back for home.
