w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 59 mins
He met me at the door and led us straight to the park. Cool temps this morning, so other than playing in a few sprinklers Griff ran great the full hour.
w/ Auggie @ Great Lawn Park, 60 mins
Second run with him using the Holt collar and the pulling has decreased 90%. Awesome run doing a big loop around the park and back to his house, with his usual 3 water stops.
Wednesday, 9/12/12
w/ Flynn & Otis @ Platte River trail, 45 mins
Easy run along the water with the boys, river was swollen from the recent rain. We ran from 31st down past the REI and back.
Thursday, 9/13/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 60 mins
Temps being around 55 degrees this morning, Griff was rolling. Another solid outing running from his house and looping around the park a few times.
Friday, 9/14/12
w/ Griffin @ Wash Park, 62 mins
Tried the Holt collar with Griffin today and it worked really well. He forgot about it after about 5 minutes and ran right by my side - awesome run.
Solo @ Mt. Falcon, 1:12 ~1700' vertical
Felt good to hit the trails, get in some vertical climb and see wildlife (deer). Ran up the steeper Turkey Trot trail to Castle (22:27, PR), hit the table in 37:31 (PR) and back to the Walker ruins. Return trip and decent all the way on Castle trail.

Sunday, 9/16/12
Solo @ Sloan's Lake, 52 mins
First time checking out this in town lake / park, nice smooth bike path around the perimeter of the water. Got in 30 mins of barefoot.
total: 8hrs 17mins
Tried to take it easy this week and give the legs a rest, only one trip out to the trails. On the upside, all the dogs ran great and the temps are cooling off.
