Yet another great run with Griff - we cruised the 10 mins over to the park, got in our laps and ran back to his house, enjoying the picture perfect weather.
Wednesday, 9/19/12
Solo @ White Ranch park, 1hr35'
Nice morning to be out on the trails, ran over to Longhorn trail and took that up to Rawhide intersection, getting there in 43:26 (PR). Then jogged up to Sawmill, over to Belcher, back across Maverick back to Longhorn and finished in 1:34:23 (PR).

Another great run with Griff in ideal fall weather conditions. He's become an excellent running partner.
w/ Flynn & Otis @ Cheesman Park, 35 mins
With the warmer mid-day temps, this was about all Otis could handle. Nice, steady run overall.

He was all business in the 55 degree temps, only stopped for bathroom needs and a few pics.
Solo @ Wash Park, 61 mins
Downed a bottle of Perpetuem and hit the park for 3 more laps.
Saturday, 9/22/12
Solo @ local neighborhood, 30 mins
Quick run from the house, cruised around Coors Field, through the overflow lots and back home.
Sunday, 9/23/12
Solo @ Boulder Open Space trails, 2hr ~2500' vertical
Parked on Bear Mtn road, ran Bear Canyon to Bear-Green, hit Green West Ridge and then Green summit. Hung out on the top drinking Perpetuem and then ran back on same route.
